Members of the Mississippi State University (MSU) Search Advisory Committee, formed by the Board of Trustees of State Institutions of Higher Learning (IHL) to assist with the Board's search for the next institutional executive officer of MSU and chaired by Vice President of Student Affairs Dr. Bill Kibler, will meet with executive search consultant Mr. Jerry Baker on Thursday, August 28, 2008, beginning at 9:00 a.m. in the Templeton Conference Room of the Mitchell Memorial Library on the MSU campus, 395 Hardy Road, Mississippi State, MS 39762. Search Advisory Committee members will review and discuss all candidate resumes and will forward no fewer than five names, unranked, to the MSU Board Search Committee for possible interviews. MSU Search Advisory Committee members will also self-select a representative group of its membership to join the Board throughout the remainder of the interview process.
