BOARD OF TRUSTEES NAMES CAMPUS SEARCH ADVISORY COMMITTEE FOR THE JACKSON STATE UNIVERSITY PRESIDENT SEARCH

The Board of Trustees of State Institutions of Higher Learning has selected 33 members, representing a cross-section of the Jackson State University campus community, to serve on the Campus Search Advisory Committee. Yolanda Owens, President of the Jackson State University National Alumni Association, and Dr. Jean-Claude Assad, Associate Professor of Economics, will serve as Co-Chairs of the Committee.

The Campus Search Advisory Committee will meet at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, February 15, 2017, in Ballroom B of the Student Center on the Campus of Jackson State University, 1400 John R. Lynch St in Jackson. Members of the Committee may participate in the meeting via teleconference.  The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the presidential search for Jackson State University. Members of the public and media may attend the meeting in Ballroom B of the Student Center on the Campus of Jackson State University, 1400 John R. Lynch Street, Jackson, Miss. An Executive Session may be held in accordance with the Open Meetings Act.
