- Demonstrations showing how the use of tablet devices has been integrated into the curriculum
- Showing a music master class with a guest cellist via Facetime (12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m.)
- Cooking demonstrations and samples of healthy snacks from Culinary Arts Programs and Nutrition Programs, along with information on nutrition and wellness
- Highlights of ongoing research activities
- Information on programs providing training to current and potential micro-entrepreneurs in the Delta
- Highlights of cultural programs used to promote tourism
- Commercial Aviation simulators
