IHL's Institutional Executive Officer (IEO) search process allows Mississippi to be on the consideration list of the highest caliber professionals in higher education. The transparent, representative-based process works in accordance with today's recruitment standards for high-level institutions of higher learning. The future for higher education in Mississippi is promising in all areas – educational, academic, research and economic development – to help improve the overall quality of life for everyone in our state.
