Mississippi Tuition Assistance Grant (MTAG) Deadlines

The following deadlines have been established for the MTAG program. No exceptions will be granted for failure to meet these published deadlines.

The Mississippi Student Financial Aid online web application must be completed on or before September 15^th.

All required/supporting documents must be received on or before October 15^th.

The last day to change the institution attending for the fall semester/trimester is October 15^th.

The last day to provide documentation of junior classification/standing for the fall semester/trimester is October 15^th.

The last day to provide official college transcript(s) to update grades reported electronically by institution for the fall semester/trimester is October 15^th. Institutions do not report electronically after summer semester; therefore, applicant must have institution mail an official transcript after summer semester has been completed.

The last disbursement for the fall semester/trimester is October 31^st.

The last day to change the institution attending for the winter trimester is January 15^th.

The last day to provide documentation of junior classification/standing for the winter trimester is January 15^th.

The last day to provide official college transcript(s) to update grades reported electronically by institution for the winter trimester is January 15^th.

The last disbursement for the winter trimester is January 31^st.

The last day to change the institution attending for the spring semester/trimester is March 15^th.

The last day to provide documentation of junior classification/standing for the spring semester/trimester is March 15^th.

The last day to provide official college transcript(s) to update grades reported electronically by institution for the spring semester/trimester is March 15^th.

The last disbursement for the spring semester/trimester is March 31^st.
